The 8x4 m (32 sq. m.) ACM video screen was installed at the crossroad of Tilzes and Vytauto streets (in Siauliai, the territory of “Ruta” confectionery factory) in February 2005.

According to the research data as of September 2007, mean overall float of pedestrians and public transport passengers in the screen visibility area was approximately 449,848 a week. The number on business days was mean 66 thousand, while on weekends it was 119.6 thousand people.
