2008-08-11 National Basketball team results live on the ACM screens network
The company „McDonald‘s“ in association with the company „Actual City Media“ (ACM) presents an opportunity for the most enthusiastic fans to follow the results of the Lithuanian national basketball team on the outside video screens, installed in the most popular locations of Lithuanian towns. Five cities - Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Siauliai and Panevezys have screens, in which the population will be able to watch the constantly updated Lithuanian basketball team results and to get familiarized with the results of already played matches of other teams.
„Due to the time difference between Peking and Lithuania, the matches of our national team will take place either early in the morning or in the middle of the day, thus we are glad to be able to provide an opportunity for Lithuanian basketball fans to keep their fingers on the pulse right in the street, going to work or for lunch“, – says Virginija Girulska, „McDonald‘s“ Marketing Manager for the Baltic countries. According to her, it is intended to transmit all match results of the Lithuanian national team against their competitors.
The match results will be displayed from 06:00 in the morning on 14 screens, six of them are installed in Vilnius, three in Kaunas, two in Klaipeda and two in Panevezys and one in Siauliai.
